Self Introduction
我出身农村，家里条件不好，大专读的司法信息技术，术语是半跨行自学进入网络工程师这个行业。
I come from a rural background and my family was not well-off. I studied Judicial Information Technology in a vocational college, but I basically transitioned into the network engineering field through self-study, crossing over from my original major.
刚毕业的时候，每个月工资只有2800块，住城中村，吃泡面，一步一步熬过来。从最基础的网管做起，做过桌面运维，集成项目实施，然后到网络工程师，技术组长，最后到技术主管。
After graduation, my monthly salary was only 2,800 yuan. I lived in a urban village and survived on instant noodles, struggling through day by day. Starting from the most basic job as a network administrator, I worked my way up through desktop operations and maintenance, integrated project implementation, then to network engineer, technical team leader, and finally to technical director.
这15年里，我做过运营商网络，企业网，数据中心，云网络，自动化运维，接触过几乎所有主流厂商设备，踩过无数的坑，也解决过无数复杂问题。
In these 15 years, I've worked on carrier networks, enterprise networks, data centers, cloud networking, and automated operations. I've worked with almost all major vendor equipment, made countless mistakes, and solved countless complex problems.
我太清楚底层年轻人想要入行逆袭有多难，没人带，没人教，自己摸索要走很多弯路。所以我决定把这15年积累的经验整理成课程，帮助更多想要入行的年轻人，少走弯路，更快成长。
I understand firsthand how hard it is for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to break into this industry — no mentor, no guidance, you have to figure everything out yourself and make so many mistakes. That's why I decided to organize my 15 years of experience into this program to help more young people.
技术背景Technical Background
15年网络工程经验，华南师范大学计算机科学与技术学士。从基层技术岗位成长为技术主管，擅长大规模网络架构设计与全球业务部署。
With 15 years of experience in network engineering, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from South China Normal University. Starting from grassroots technical roles, I have progressed to a Technical Supervisor position, specializing in large-scale network architecture design and global business deployment.

以笔试第一成绩入职上市公司，开启职业生涯
Launched his career by achieving the top score in the written examination to join a listed company
2013 - 2017
担任政府项目网络工程师，主导关键网络架构实
Served as Network Engineer for critical government projects, directing the implementation of complex network infrastructures
2017 - 2019
通过6轮全英文面试进入外企，同年获「最佳服务奖」与「最佳新人奖」
Successfully completed a rigorous 6-round all-English interview process to join a multinational corporation, earning both the "Best Service Award" and "Best Newcomer Award" in his first year
2020 - 2025担任某新零售头部公司广州区域网络工程主管，公司从3人扩展到3000人，主导核心产品架构建设Became Head of Network Engineering for the Guangzhou division of a leading New Retail company, growing his team from 3 to 3,000 members and leading core product architecture development
2025 - 至今
某二级线路商网络工程主管，负责全球专线及VPS业务架构，为全公司技术兜底。创办陪伴式学习计划，帮助年轻人入行成长
Network Engineering Supervisor at a second-tier carrier, responsible for global leased line and VPS business architecture, providing technical support for the entire company. Founded a mentorship program to help young people enter and grow in the industry.
